CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.

PARKING
There is parking for two vehicles directly in front of the property.
GENERAL INFO
HEATING & HOT WATER
The heating is controlled by two thermostats: one on the upstairs landing and the other in the living room. The landing and living room thermostats control the upstairs and downstairs respectively. The heating is on 24 hours and the thermostats should be the main controls used to adjust the temperature of the house. The towel radiators and radiators in the bathrooms are controlled separately and come on in the morning and evening. They can be controlled by directly adjusting the radiator (they get very hot).
REFUSE & RECYCLING
There is a dustbin located in the pathway down the side of the house, collection is Saturday morning, please put rubbish out on Friday night, you do not need to move the bin.
Place all waste in black bin liners, and mixed recycling in clear liners. Glass should go into the separate glass tub.
Please ensure everything is bagged and in the bin with the lid closed – seagulls will peck at any rubbish left out of the bin.
WI-FI

Should you have any issues with the Wi-Fi you can try and restart the router, which is located on the left in the kitchen pantry.

ELECTRICAL / GAS / WATER ISSUES
If there are any worrying leaks and you need to turn off the water supply, you will find the stop cock under the kitchen sink.
If you have any cuts in power, please check that the fuses have not simply tripped. The fuse box is in the pantry cupboard next to the kitchen.
If there are any worrying smells of gas, the shut off tap is in the white box on the side of the building in the alleyway.

There is a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen pantry.

DEPARTURES
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.

CLEANING
Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES
If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP
When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
