Welcome to Choca!

We hope you enjoy your holiday.

Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.

PARKING
There is allocated parking for two vehicles at the rear of the property, in front of the patio area.
GENERAL INFO
Please do not charge electric vehicles via the electricity supply at Choca, this is not permitted.
HEATING & HOT WATER
The central heating is set to maintain reasonable temperatures throughout the day, with boosts in the morning and evening. The settings can be overridden using the thermostat on the kitchen wall if you are too hot or too cold.
Upstairs gets very warm when it is sunny – you may want to turn the individual thermostats on the radiators in the bedrooms down and/or leave the velux windows on tilt to allow the air to circulate. There are winter and summer duvets for each bed – we try to choose the appropriate one for the weather at the time, but if you want to change, help yourself to the alternative which will be under the bed.
The “woodburning stove” is electric and can be operated by the remote control or the switches on the right-hand side at the bottom. You can use it just with the flame effect to look cosy, or on two different fan heater settings if you need a quick boost of heating before the central heating kicks in.
REFUSE & RECYCLING
Rubbish is collected on Monday mornings, please put all waste out Sunday evening ready for collection. There is a bin store near the entrance to the site. General waste can be placed in the large blue bin marked General Rubbish. There are two large bins and a glass recycling bin at the top of the driveway. Please put all recycling waste in the appropriate bin or glass skip (this doesn’t need to be bagged).

PLEASE PUT ALL RUBBISH IN BLACK BIN LINERS BEFORE PUTTING INTO THE DUSTBIN
WI-FI
The router is located in the living area, the code can be found on the back of the router. If you are having any issues with the connection, please try to restart the router and check all wires are plugged in correctly.
