CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.

PARKING
Please park in space 1, on the right hand side of the car port closest the entrance.
GENERAL INFO
NOTES:
The hallway lights are automatic and triggered by a movement sensor. They remain on for circa 1.5 minutes once triggered. There is also a lamp on the hallway console table which is operated by touching the chrome base to turn it on/off if permanent lighting is desired.
The property provides linen and towels, but please bring your own beach towels.
For all beach items etc. please use the secure external storage which is through the wooden door to the left of the main entrance door, there is a sign on Harbour Reach's cage, the padlock code is in your arrival email. Please do not bring any sandy / wet items into the apartment. There is also a bike rack within the same area.
Cushions for the outside furniture can be found in the garden storage box, the code is also in your arrival email, please place the cushions back after use so they stay dry.

REFUSE:
Please ensure all refuse is bagged and place into the relevant bins within the communal bin store at the site entrance (on the left).
General waste and recycling is collected weekly on Fridays, and glass is collected weekly on Tuesdays.

In the event of an OUT OF HOURS emergency. Please contact us on 07751 556782. There will be a charge for non-emergency contact to this number. The number is not monitored after 10pm.

IN THE EVENT OF A SERIOUS EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 999.
Mobile reception varies. Your postal address is: 1 The Long Store, Station Road, Padstow, PL28 8DB. There is a first aid kit in the hall utility cupboard. There is automatic emergency lighting in the hall and communal hallways.

DEPARTURES
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the bin store.

CLEANING
Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES
If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP
When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
