CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.

PARKING
There is parking for 2 cars directly adjacent to the property. The driveway is shared with the neighbouring property, please park one in front of the other on the left hand side of the drive, closest to the house.
GENERAL INFO
HEATING & HOT WATER
The heating is set on an all-day programme, you can use the thermostat to control the temperature, but please do remember to turn it down when it is not needed. The water will heat automatically. If you are having any issues with the heating or hot water, please call us on 01841 550998.
USING THE OVEN
Should the oven be switched off on your arrival, please switch it on using the red switch mounted on the wall. To use the oven, press the plus and minus buttons simultaneously. This will enable you to set the clock and you can now turn the oven on to its desired setting. To use the hobs, push the required dial down and turn it, then let it pop back up before you press the ignite button, this will ensure that gas is running to the hob itself.
REFUSE & RECYCLING
Please use black bin liners for general waste. There are central rubbish points located around the site, the closest is to the left of the next junction as you follow the one way system. There are sections for general waste and recycling. Please take all rubbish and recycling here before departing.
WI-FI
Wi-Fi is available at the property.
To use resort’s Wi-Fi simply log on with your email address. Please note that we can never guarantee a Wi-Fi connection as this is reliant on third parties. Please do not use the Wi-Fi to download films etc. as there may be a download limit.
LEISURE FACILITIES
You will find passes in the kitchen area; these allow you to have free use of the leisure facilities on the site. Please note that this does not include the aqua park activities, Flow Rider or spa treatments.
GAMES
You are welcome to use the video games etc. within the house, however, please do take care with these items.

BBQS
Please note that the site is no longer permitting the use of disposable barbecues.

There is a first aid kit in the property. There is a torch for emergency lighting in the hall, and another in the master bedroom upstairs.

DEPARTURES
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.
​
CLEANING
Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES
If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP
When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
