GENERAL INFO
PARKING
Please ensure your car is parked in the space marked 15.
Only one space is allocated, visitor spaces are first come first served.
Electric vehicle charging is not provided or permitted.
Please do not park overnight in the beach car park, this is a daytime only pay and display car park.
HEATING & HOT WATER
The heating is set on a timed programme, you can use the thermostat to control the temperature, but please do remember to turn it down when it is not needed. The water will heat automatically. As it's a combo boiler, the pressure and temperature of the water when showering can be affected if both showers are running at once, or other taps etc. If you are having any issues with the heating or hot water, please call us on 01841 550998.

There is a bin store at the entrance of the site to your right-hand side, with communal bins for general waste and recycling.

ELECTRICAL / GAS / WATER ISSUES
If there are any worrying leaks and you need to turn off the water supply, you will find the stop cock in the cupboard under the stairs, behind the wooden panel.
